Job summary

Booker is looking for a motivated trainee butcher to join our team. You will be trained to debone, break down and trim meat cuts while learning about different meat specifications.

Work in a safe, clean environment and progress through pay grades as your skills develop. The role offers a structured progression path and on-the-job training.
