The Opportunity:

1. Working as the Trainee Business Development Manager, you will sell the company’s extensive range of luxury interior products.
2. While learning the trade as a Trainee Business Development Manager, you will sell to the contractor/trade market, house builders/developers, architects, and designers.
3. Working closely with the Business Development Manager, you will manage a large portfolio of existing accounts.
4. The role also involves generating new business opportunities within the defined area.

The Successful Candidate:

1. Energetic, driven, enthusiastic, outgoing, and hungry for success.
2. Established sales professional (experience in Kitchens, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Tiles, Flooring, and accessories is preferred but not essential).
3. Field sales experience is ideal but not essential; applications from Showroom Managers in the industry are encouraged.
4. Experience in face-to-face sales, estate agency, recruitment, or any sales-focused role.
5. Good business sense and a professional manner.
6. Strong sales experience with a track record of working towards and achieving targets.
7. Enjoys networking and meeting new people.
