Join our team and you could earn an average of £28k per year...

Rate of Pay: During Training Program: £340 per week plus travelling expenses.
Once Qualified: As a fully qualified PCV driver, you could earn up to £12.00 per hour, Mondays to Saturdays, and up to £12.50 per hour on Sundays.

Driver Training Programme

We are looking for customer-focused individuals to join as Trainee Bus Drivers at our Midlands depots. We provide a comprehensive 2-week residential training program to obtain your PCV licence, delivered at our training school in Bolton, Greater Manchester. Accommodation and a residential pay rate are included during training.

Upon successful completion, you will become a full-time Bus Driver based at one of our Midlands depots, operating services across the West Midlands, Worcestershire, and Warwickshire.

Our training includes:

• Full PCV training worth over £3,000
• Support in passing all modules of the PCV licence
• CPC training and ongoing development
• Route learning and vehicle familiarisation
• Company-specific training on ticketing systems, customer care, and safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Valid car driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
• Provisional category D licence from the DVLA
• Good English communication skills

You will be the face of our business, transporting customers safely and comfortably across the region.
