Rate of Pay: During Training Program: £521.30 per week (includes travel expenses).
Once Qualified: As a fully qualified PCV driver, you could earn up to £13.50 per hour, Monday to Saturday daytime, and up to £14.00 per hour on Sundays and evenings.

We are seeking customer-focused individuals to join our team as Trainee Bus Drivers at our depots in the Midlands.

We are committed to providing trainees with a high-quality, comprehensive 2-week residential training program to obtain your PCV license. This training is delivered at our dedicated training school in Bolton, Greater Manchester, where a residential pay rate applies, and accommodation is provided.

The process for gaining your PCV license is straightforward. Once your training is successfully completed, you will become a full-time Bus Driver within the company, based at one of our Midlands depots, operating services across the West Midlands, Worcestershire, and Warwickshire.

Our extensive training and development offerings include:

• Full PCV (Passenger Carrying Vehicle) training worth over £4,000, providing you with a lifelong qualification
• Support and guidance throughout all modules of the PCV license acquisition
• CPC training and ongoing training to maintain your qualifications
• Route learning and vehicle familiarization before starting service
• Company-specific training on ticket machines, processes, systems, defensive driving, customer care, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old
• Hold a valid car driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
• Have applied for and received your provisional category D license from the DVLA
• Good understanding of English and the ability to communicate with passengers
