Job summary

First Bus London, part of First Group, is recruiting for a Trainee Bus Driver at our Wandsworth depot. You'll be at the heart of our operation, delivering a safe, reliable service on London's iconic red buses.

Our award-winning training programme equips you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to drive in a busy city, with full-time shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• No more than 6 penalty points (other restrictions apply).
• Unrestricted right to work full-time in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Drive buses safely and reliably on a timetable.
• Provide friendly customer service to passengers.
• Follow company safety and operational procedures.
• Work shift patterns including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays.

This is a full-time position and includes shift work covering early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
