Job summary

Stagecoach Barking Garage in Barking is seeking bus drivers to transport customers safely and comfortably across daily routes. You will join a supportive team, with guaranteed hours and overtime opportunities to increase earnings.

No prior experience required; you will earn from day one while training is funded, and you will benefit from a generous pension, 20 days holiday, discounts and free travel for you and a household member.

Qualifications

  • You need to be 18 years old and hold a driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points (unless you have held the licence for under two years).
  • You need to want to deliver great customer service.
  • You need to have a patient, safe and courteous approach to driving.

Responsibilities

  • Drive buses safely and considerately, transporting customers to healthcare, work, shopping and leisure venues.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and help passengers with information and directions.
  • Participate in company training and development and adhere to Stagecoach safety and conduct standards.
