Job summary

Stagecoach Kilmarnock is recruiting a Trainee Bus Driver with no driving experience required. You’ll receive fully paid training and a PCV licence, plus a company pension, enhanced sick pay and free bus travel for you and an allocated person.

Starting salary from £30,622 annually, with overtime to boost earnings. You’ll be based in Kilmarnock and contribute to safer, reliable journeys while delivering excellent customer service.

• Minimum 1 year driving experience.

Salary Starting from £30,622 annually. Trainee Bus Driver – No Experience Needed! Location: Kilmarnock

Pay & Progression

£15.10 per hour from 15th June 2026

£15.25 per hour from 26th October 2026

£15.50 per hour from 25th January 2027

Equivalent to £588.90 per week / £30,622 per year (pro rata for part-time)
