Stagecoach Group is recruiting for a Trainee Bus Driver in Ayr. You’ll start with fully paid training and PCV licence, earning while you learn. Location Ayr, with a clear path to progression and a pension plan as you join a leading UK operator.

Pay & Progression £15.10 per hour from 15th June 2026 £15.25 per hour from 26th October 2026 £15.50 per hour from 25th January 2027 Equivalent to £588.90 per week / £30,622.80 per year (pro rata for part-time) Overtime available to boost earnings
