Stagecoach in Rugby offers an apprenticeship to become a PCV bus driver with fully paid training and a Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship. No experience required, you will earn while you learn.
You’ll train at the Rugby depot to obtain your PCV licence in 6–8 weeks and start a rewarding career serving the community. Expect shifts across early mornings, evenings and weekends as part of a 5-out-of-7 pattern.

Pay rate during training of £16.22 per hour (training will last around 6 - 8 weeks)
Annual earnings of £34,881 following completion of training based on 39 hours per week as a qualified Bus Driver
