Welcome to Arriva! Come and start your bus driving career at our Hinckley depot where you will be the heart of the community! Whether it is getting commuters to work, helping customers with popping to the shops or getting children to school.

Our Hinckley depot provides bus services across Leicestershire, Warwickshire, and surrounding areas. The fleet consists of coaches, single and double decker.

Rates of pay:

We do the right thing at Arriva, that’s why you’ll be earning an hourly rate of:

£11.44 whilst in training

£12.42 (Mon -Sat) up to 6 months of continuous service; Sunday £13.32 per hour

£13.80 (Mon- Sat) with more than 6 months service; Sunday £14.80 per hour

(Double time on bank holidays once training is completed)

Requirements:

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Have been driving for a minimum of 6 months.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.
• Will need undergo a drug and alcohol test before your assessment.
• Flexibility as your shifts will start as early as 4AM in the morning but will always work no later than 1AM depending on the time that you start.
