First Cymru Buses Ltd in Swansea is offering a Trainee Bus Driver position with £14.07 per hour, rising to £14.50 after 12 months. This permanent, full-time role has guaranteed contracted hours and planned rotas, with paid training to become a qualified driver.

You will operate local services in the Swansea area, delivering safe, reliable journeys with a strong focus on customer service. Hours include mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for at least 6 months.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• Minimum age 18.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible approach to shift work.
• No PCV licence required; full training provided.

Responsibilities
