West Coast Motors in Oban is inviting applications for a Trainee Bus Driver. No previous bus-driving experience is required as we provide in-house training to obtain your PCV licence.

We will cover training costs up to £2,500, including theory and practical tests, travel expenses and accommodation where applicable. You will safely operate local bus services, deliver excellent customer service and help connect communities, with permanent employment offered upon qualification and opportunities for

Competenze

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Minimum one year's driving experience.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Safety-focused and reliable approach.
• Ability to travel to Oban depot.

Through our in-house training school, we'll provide the training, support and funding you need to gain your PCV licence and start a long-term career in the transport industry.
