Sheffield Forgemasters is an iconic steel production and engineering company, a global leader in designing, manufacturing, and delivering world-class steel forgings and castings.
It is a great time to join Forgemasters, as the business is undergoing growth and modernisation following its acquisition by the UK Ministry of Defence in 2021. This acquisition secures our role as a key supplier to UK defence programmes. Over the next 10 years, our plant and equipment will be modernised, creating new opportunities for our business and colleagues.
Based at our 64-acre site in Sheffield, we are seeking a Trainee Bricklayer. This role involves maintaining and repairing refractory needs, preparing and re-lining ladles and the Electric Arc Furnace to meet melting plans.

Days/Hours of Work
40 hours per week: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00.
