Job summary

Timpson is seeking a Trainee Branch Manager to join its service-based retail team in the Green Park area. The role is permanent/full-time with a starting salary of £29,835 per year, rising to £29,920 after a successful trial, plus uncapped weekly bonuses that can lead to an OTE of £36,000.

You will work 45 hours over five days, including weekends, with training and clear progression. Daily duties include serving customers across services like key cutting, repairs, engraving and shoe repairs.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full in-depth training from day one.
• Personality matters: positive, friendly, confident and good communicators.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with key cutting, watch and mobile phone repairs, engravings, shoe repairs, photo processing and other services.
• Attend to customers and complete daily tasks with accuracy and courtesy.
• Participate in ongoing training and develop new skills to excel at Timpson.
