As a Trainee Business Analyst, you will work closely with senior analysts, solution designers, developers, and UX experts. You will learn to gather insights using AI tools, model processes, prototype wireframes, and translate business needs into powerful, future‑ready systems.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to elicit, analyse, and document software requirements using AI‑enabled tools such as Visual Spec.
• Support the creation of business process models (swimlanes, business activity models, process maps).
• Assist in the design of system diagrams (state diagrams, sequence diagrams, data models).
• Explore how AI and data insights can streamline processes and drive automation.
• Collaborate with senior team members to design low‑fidelity wireframes and intelligent prototypes.
• Generate and iterate solution designs, refine user flows, and enhance UI/UX journeys using AI.
• Participate in client workshops focused on digital transformation, AI adoption, and data strategy.
• Develop understanding of business metrics (EBITDA, ROI, margin) and how they shape requirements.
• Gain exposure to object‑oriented programming principles and Agile development lifecycle.
• Apply user‑centred design principles to improve usability and accessibility.
