Job description

Job Location: United Kingdom, Nottingham

Job Type: Contract

Looking for a Trainee ATM Engineer to help with a backlog of work in Sheffield. You will be based in Sheffield or close by and must have your own transport.

This is ad-hoc work covering 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week. You will be advised of scheduling up to 1 month in advance and can select which hours and days you would like to work. We are looking to build a team.

Remuneration includes an hourly rate, £10 per call out up to 10 call outs in an 8-hour shift, plus mileage.

Job Responsibilities

ATM FLM Services consist of remedial actions to bring an ATM back online and in service. Tasks may include removal of cash or media jams, removal of card jams, removal of debris/dirt within ATM transport systems, and re-booting/resetting ATMs. After each fix, the ATM must be tested and evidence of at least one ATM cash transaction confirmed.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• ATM experience or transferable skills (e.g., service engineer, IT support) or willingness to learn
• Aptitude to learn new things and some electronic or mechanical knowledge
• Must have own car and driving licence
• Ability to pass security clearance, including DBS and credit check
