Eligibility criteria:
To be considered for the trainee programme, you need to be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong foundational knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. The requirements are:
Alternatively, candidates with 4+ years of industry-relevant experience are also eligible.
