Minimum Requirements:

1. An RICS-accredited surveying degree (graduate or postgraduate) including valuation and/or building surveying modules, with at least one year of property-related work experience.
2. An RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree with two or more years of property-related work experience, such as estate agency or surveying/valuation disciplines.
3. A minimum of 4 years of property-related work experience at negotiator level or higher, involving handling caseloads and decision-making in property matters.
