Qualifications

• Eligible to progress towards AssocRICS accreditation via either a relevant degree or 4 years property industry experience.

• Willingness to learn, professional conduct and the ability to work independently while managing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to inspect and assess residential properties.
• Develop knowledge of construction methods, building defects, and risk assessment.
• Support mortgage valuation and residential surveying activities.
• Build relationships with customers, lenders, and colleagues.
• Receive coaching and mentoring from experienced surveyors.
