You will work with experienced surveyors, develop knowledge of building defects and risk assessment, and work towards AssocRICS accreditation.

Eligibility includes a relevant degree or at least four years in property, with strong communication and a desire to learn.

Qualifications

• To join our trainee pathway, you’ll typically need to be eligible to progress towards AssocRICS accreditation through either a relevant degree qualification, or minimum 4 years of property industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to inspect and assess residential properties.
• Develop knowledge of construction methods, building defects, and risk assessment.
• Support mortgage valuation and residential surveying activities.
• Build relationships with customers, lenders, and colleagues.
