Eligibility criteria for the trainee programme:

To be considered, candidates must be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and possess a strong foundational knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. The requirements are:

  • A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification, with a minimum of one year of relevant industry experience.
  • A RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, with a minimum of two years of relevant industry experience.

Alternatively, candidates with 4+ years of industry experience are also eligible.
