Trainee Associate Surveyor Programme

Eligibility criteria:

  • To be considered for the trainee programme, you need to be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology.
  • A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification, plus at least one year of industry-relevant work experience.
  • A RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, plus at least two years of industry-relevant work experience.

We require a minimum of 4+ years of industry-relevant experience.
