Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered, candidates should meet one of the following:

  • A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification with at least one year of relevant work experience.
  • A RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree with at least two years of relevant work experience.
  • Over four years of relevant experience.

Additional details are available on the RICS website. We’re also interested in applicants who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
