Eligibility criteria for the trainee programme:

To be eligible, candidates need to meet one of the following:

  • A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification, plus at least one year of relevant work experience.
  • A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, plus at least two years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant industry experience.

Full criteria are available on the RICS website. We are also interested in applications from candidates who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
