Qualifications

  • RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification, plus at least one year of relevant work experience.
  • RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma or equivalent, plus at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop skills in residential surveying through a structured training program.
  • Conduct property inspections and evaluations.
  • Work alongside experienced surveyors and receive mentoring.

Eligibility criteria for the trainee programme include:

  • A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification, plus at least one year of relevant work experience.
  • A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, plus at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant experience.
