Eligibility Criteria

To be considered, you need to be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. The criteria include:

• A RICS or CIOB accredited degree/post-graduate qualification plus at least one year of relevant industry experience.
• A RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree plus at least two years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
