To qualify for the programme, you need to meet criteria for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have strong residential building pathology knowledge. The criteria include:

  • A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification with at least one year of relevant work experience.
  • A RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree with at least two years of relevant work experience.
  • Over four years of relevant experience.

More details are available on the RICS website. We are also interested in candidates who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
