To qualify for the programme, candidates must meet the criteria for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. The criteria include:

  • A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification with at least one year of relevant work experience.
  • A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree with at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant experience.
