Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered, you need to be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. Criteria include:

  • A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification plus at least one year of relevant work experience.
  • A RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree plus at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Over four years of relevant experience.
