To be considered, candidates should be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. Eligibility criteria include:

  • A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification with at least one year of relevant work experience.
  • A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree with at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Over four years of relevant experience.

Applications from candidates with the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation are also welcomed.

Key qualities include passion for property, strong pathology knowledge, excellent communication skills, teamwork ability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
