To qualify for the program, candidates must meet criteria related to RICS or CIOB accreditation, relevant work experience, or completed diplomas. Details are available on the RICS website. We are also interested in applicants with the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.

Applicants should have a passion for property, strong pathology knowledge, excellent communication skills, teamwork ability, problem-solving skills, initiative, and a proactive approach.
