Applicants need to meet criteria for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology, with options including:

  • A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification plus at least one year of relevant work experience.
  • A RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree plus at least two years relevant experience.
  • Over four years relevant experience.

Full criteria are available on the RICS website. We are also interested in applicants who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
