Eligibility criteria: To be considered, you need to be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. The criteria include:

  • A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification with at least one year of relevant work experience.
  • A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree with at least two years of relevant experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience.

Full details are available on the RICS website. We are also interested in applicants who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
