To be considered, candidates must meet eligibility for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. The criteria include:

  • A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification plus at least one year of relevant work experience.
  • A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree plus at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Over four years of relevant experience.

Full criteria are available on the RICS website. We are also interested in candidates who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
