Eligibility criteria:

  • A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification, with at least one year of relevant work experience.
  • A RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, with at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Over 4 years of relevant experience.

Candidate qualities:

  • Eligibility for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and strong residential building pathology knowledge.
  • Passion for property, excellent communication skills, teamwork ability, problem-solving, initiative, and a proactive approach.
