To be considered, applicants should meet criteria for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. The eligibility criteria include:

  • A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification plus at least one year of relevant work experience.
  • A RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree plus at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant experience.

We are also interested in candidates who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
