Description:

Connells Survey & Valuation recognises the importance of developing the next generation of professional Surveyors. We have established an in-house, paid AssocRICS training programme that provides structured training and ongoing support throughout your employment. Our approach combines technical training with practical experience, allowing trainees to shadow experienced Surveyors and participate in classroom sessions.

Our programme integrates classroom learning with regular assessments and practical work, aiming to equip our Trainees with the skills necessary for a successful career as a Valuation Surveyor.

Eligibility Criteria:

To become a Trainee AssocRICS Surveyor, you must meet one of the following:

1. An RICS-accredited surveying degree (graduate or postgraduate) including valuation and/or building surveying modules, with at least one year of property-related work experience.
2. An RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, with two or more years of property-related work experience such as estate agency or surveying/valuation disciplines.
3. A minimum of 4 years of property-related work experience, such as negotiator level or higher in estate agency, or in asset management, LPA, or property management departments involving caseload handling and decision-making in property matters.
