Overview

As a Trainee Assistant Site Manager, you will shadow other roles to gain awareness of all site-based activities, as well as gaining an understanding of the whole housebuilding process. You will play a key role in quality control, health and safety, resource management and commercial controls. As part of the role, you will also be involved with the various aspects of the customers journey throughout the life-cycle of the development. If you do not already hold a relevant qualification you may also work towards a nationally recognised degree-level qualification in Construction Site Management.
