Responsibilities

Our 1,340 shops are central to our business, playing a key role in their local communities. As a retail colleague, you will ensure our shops offer a warm, welcoming environment for customers to place bets, watch live sports, and play gaming machines.

You will process customer bets, promote responsible gambling, assist with inquiries, maintain shop standards, and, after training, deputize for the Shop Manager. Ensuring customers bet within their means and following the ‘Think 21’ policy is crucial.

Skills & Experience

You must be 18 or over to work in our betting shops. An interest in sports and betting is advantageous but not essential, as we provide structured training to help you succeed as an Assistant Sales Manager. We also offer further training and development to support your career growth.
