Responsibilities

Our shops are central to our business and community involvement. As a retail colleague, you will ensure our shops provide a warm, welcoming environment for customers to place bets, watch sports, and play gaming machines. Your responsibilities include processing customer bets, ensuring responsible betting, assisting with inquiries, maintaining shop standards, and, after training, deputising for the Shop Manager. A key part of your role will be promoting responsible betting and following our 'Think 21' policy.

Skills & Experience

You must be 18 or over to work in our betting shops. No prior experience is necessary as we provide structured training and development opportunities. We seek great communicators with a passion for customer service and relationship-building. We value internal progression and support your career growth.
