Responsibilities

Our 1,340 shops are central to our business and community. As a retail colleague, you will ensure our shops provide a warm and welcoming environment for customers to place bets, watch live sports, and play gaming machines.

Your daily tasks include processing customer bets, ensuring responsible gambling, assisting with inquiries, maintaining shop standards, and after training, deputising for the Shop Manager. A key part of your role is promoting responsible betting and adhering to our ‘Think 21’ policy.

Skills & Experience

You must be 18 or over to work in our betting shops. Prior experience is not necessary as we offer structured training to support your development as an Assistant Sales Manager. We also provide opportunities for further training and career progression.
