Our 1,340 shops are at the heart of our business, and they all play a key part in their local community. As a retail colleague, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our shops offer a warm and welcoming environment for customers to place bets, watch live sports, and play gaming machines.
Day-to-day, you will process customer bets, ensuring they enjoy our products and services responsibly, assist with their inquiries, maintain shop standards, and after training, deputize for the Shop Manager. A key part of your role will be to promote responsible betting and ensure all customers bet within their means, following our ‘Think 21’ policy.
You must be 18 or over to work in our betting shops. While an interest in sports and betting is advantageous, no prior experience is required as we provide structured training to support your development as an Assistant Sales Manager. We also offer further training and career progression opportunities.
