Responsibilities

Our 1,340 shops are central to our business and play a key role in their local communities. As a retail colleague, you will ensure our shops provide a warm and welcoming environment for customers to place bets, watch live sports, and play gaming machines.

Daily tasks include processing customer bets, ensuring responsible gambling, assisting with inquiries, maintaining shop standards, and after training, deputising for the Shop Manager. A crucial part of your role is to promote responsible betting and adhere to our ‘Think 21’ policy, ensuring customers bet within their means.

Skills & Experience

You must be 18 or over to work in our betting shops. While an interest in sports and betting is beneficial, no prior experience is required as we provide structured training to support your development. We also offer opportunities for further training and internal career progression.
