Today, Betfred is a well-known high street brand with 1,340 shops across the UK, along with a significant online presence through sports betting, casino, and gaming services. We are also one of the most active sports sponsors in the UK, supporting various sports and tournaments under our distinctive red and blue banner. Our in-house TV channel, Betfred TV, streams live daily from our studios in Media City to our shops across the UK.
Responsibilities
Our shops are central to our business and community engagement. As a retail colleague, you will ensure our shops provide a welcoming environment for customers to place bets, watch live sports, and play gaming machines.
You will process customer bets, promote responsible gambling, assist with inquiries, maintain shop standards, and, after training, support the Shop Manager. A key part of your role will be to promote responsible betting within customers' means and adhere to our 'Think 21' policy.
Skills & Experience
You must be 18 or over to work in our betting shops. No prior experience is necessary as we offer a structured training program to support your development as an Assistant Sales Manager. We also provide opportunities for further training and career progression.
