Responsibilities

Our shops are central to our business, playing a key role in their communities. As a retail colleague, you will ensure our shops provide a welcoming environment for betting, watching sports, and gaming. You will process bets, promote responsible gambling, assist customers, maintain shop standards, and, after training, deputise for the Shop Manager. Ensuring customers bet within their means and follow our 'Think 21' policy is crucial.

Skills & Experience

You must be 18 or over. No prior experience is needed as we provide structured training. We also support career development opportunities. If you are a great communicator, passionate about customer service, and enjoy building relationships, we want to hear from you.
