Join our growing Academy division to be trained and developed while representing Experis on a leading engineering account. Our programmes develop talent pools aiming for permanent roles within our customer communities.

We seek 'future leaders' with the right aptitude and attitude, to be trained to own and deliver projects in complex environments in the nuclear and infrastructure sectors. Successful candidates should be commercially astute with strong numerical, analytical, planning, and organizational skills. As part of the programme, you'll receive tools, experience, and training in project, programme, and portfolio management (P3M). Training includes the full project lifecycle—scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resource planning—and soft skills like negotiation, conflict resolution, stakeholder influence, and emotional intelligence. The learning approach is scenario-based, emphasizing practical application workshops.

  • Proactive, forward-thinking approach to potential issues
  • Commitment to high-quality work and a passion for learning
  • Ability to discuss technical topics clearly
  • Experience in outcome-focused environments within engineering, oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or related fields
Benefits
  • Competitive salary based on a 36-hour week, with bonus opportunities
  • Entry into a leading defence and engineering firm with high-profile project management roles
  • Comprehensive training including online and on-the-job learning to develop in-demand skills
  • Qualifications in project management such as APM Project Management, APM Project Risk Management Levels 1 & 2, and APMG Project Planning & Controls Foundation (exam costs covered)
