Trainee/Assistant Garment Technologist
Womenswear Knitwear
Location: Enderby, Head Office
Salary: £29,000-£42,000
Working Pattern: Typically 5 days in the office, with core hours between 8am to 6pm

Your role
Support the Garment Technology process from design to delivery. Develop and improve fabric quality, drive technical innovation, and collaborate closely with the team. Ensure quality standards, manage supply base, conduct risk assessments, and analyze product test data to ensure compliance. Implement policies and sustainability targets. Review product quality during the season to improve standards.

About you
A team player with excellent communication skills. Technical experience and an eye for detail working with various fabrications. Qualifications in garment technology or textiles, with some industry experience for the assistant level. Understanding of manufacturing, construction, and performance is essential.
