A forward-thinking organisation is seeking a Trainee Assessor in North Wales. This full-time role involves delivering training to Health and Social Care learners and supporting their development. Hoop PS&HR are proud to be working closely with a forward thinking and employee focused organisation who are currently looking for a Trainee Assessor to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. This position is based in North Wales and comes with a salary of up to £26,000.
You will deliver high quality, engaging training and assessment to individuals working in a range of care settings, such as residential care, domiciliary care, and community support services. Your work will directly impact the quality of care delivered across the sector by helping learners build the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to provide compassionate, safe, and effective care.
In this role, you will help increase the company's performance by driving positive learner outcomes, meeting performance targets, and contributing to the continuous improvement of training provision. Occupational competence in Health and Social Care and willingness to work towards the Assessor Award (CAVA) required.
