Rock Compliance is seeking Trainee Asbestos Surveyors to join the Oracle Solutions business in Kettering. The role offers on-site work, full-time permanent employment, and a company van with fuel card.

All training and development will be provided to help you safely deliver asbestos services while meeting HSE and UKAS standards. Responsibilities include surveying, reporting, client communication, and mentoring junior staff, with opportunities to upsell related services and contribute to project

Qualifications

• Training and development will be provided.
• Willingness to learn asbestos surveying processes.

Responsibilities

• Surveying: professional and accurate completion of survey report plans.
• Client liaison to discuss survey findings and manage ACMs.
• Ensure site paperwork and lab paperwork are completed and returned promptly.
• Identify and address H&S risks and maintain UKAS procedures.
• Mentor trainee surveyors and share best practices.
