Job description

Were looking for a Trainee Artworker to join a small, busy team based in Farnborough. This role would suit a college leaver who is keen to develop a career in the Graphics sector. Youll work closely with the MD, the Operations Administrator, and alongside the large format printing team, producing print-ready artwork within brand guidelines for signage, window graphics, marketing materials and some internal communications.

The Artworker Will
  1. Assist in preparing accurate artwork for print and digital use, mainly using existing files from clients
  2. Ensure all artwork follows clients exact design and brand standards
  3. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  4. Liaise with internal teams and external clients to support their needs
  5. Support the Operations Administrator with quotes, tracking jobs on Excel and general admin tasks.
We’re looking for:
  1. A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to tasks
  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude
  3. Excellent written English
  4. Eagerness to learn, take initiative and grow within the role
  5. Experience using a Mac and good skills with Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel
  6. Organised, flexible, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.

Salary will be dependent on skills and experience. This role will be based in the Farnborough office 9am to 5pm (35 hours a week) from Monday to Friday.
